Major tasks- and project-result highlights:

  • Successful Program- and Project Management for business transformation-projects in the Telco-, Energy- and Retail-sectors
  • Ensured a stable daily operation of all IT-systems during transition to new Infrastructure- and ERP-platform
  • In charge of EXIT and transition of 400 applications and services from Statoil to new platforms in SFR (Circle K)
  • Responsible for progress, resources, risk mitigation and costs in steering committees
  • Responsible for Project Portfolio, -structure and governance
  • In charge of Change Management-initiatives to ensure successful implementations (both SAP and other
